As the namesake of the original owner of Phil and Lee’s Homes, Phil prides himself in carrying on the family tradition of excellent sales and personalized customer service. He started his career with Phil & Lee’s at the ripe age of five. From his early days as the unofficial “litter patrol” to his current role as sales person, Phil has worked in every aspect of the home building process. He uses his experience and attention to detail to find and design the perfect home to fit every customer’s need.
A lover of all things the Upper Peninsula has to offer, Phil and his wife, Sara, enjoy spending time serving their community and experiencing the splendors of nature and the beauty of the Great Lakes. Phil also enjoys spending time with his two grown children, teenage niece, and adorable grandchildren.
Sales/Finance Manager
Born and raised in the Upper Peninsula, TJ is deeply passionate about our community. With a diverse background in sales and management, he’s focused on helping his team deliver unrivaled customer service. Together with his wife and young daughter, he lives in Escanaba and embraces the region’s year-round outdoor lifestyle. From summer days at the family lakehouse to cozy fall and winter retreats at their off-grid camp, he cherishes quality time with family above all else.
Home Consultant/Brand Manager
Carrie has nearly 20 years of sales experience and a true passion for home style and design. She and her husband, Andy, love hitting the golf course, exploring the beautiful Upper Peninsula and Northeast Wisconsin on road trips, rocking out at heavy metal concerts, and just unwinding at home with their guinea pigs, Scotty, Taco, and Nico!
Home Consultant
Ellie is a recent college graduate and brings an enthusiasm and perspective that is refreshing. As a lifelong resident of the Upper Peninsula, she especially enjoys the change of the seasons and fall colors. Her passion to succeed inspires her to do her very best at whatever she is doing. In her spare time, Ellie likes to visit her family in the Marquette area, spend time with friends, listen to music, play softball and see musicals (her fave is The Phantom of the Opera!).
Parts and Service Manager
Dylan joined Phil & Lee’s in 2024 as a Home Consultant and transitioned into the role of Parts and Service Manager. A proud Escanaba native, he values family and adventure, sharing an active life with his wife Tiffany and their three children while enjoying all four seasons of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys golfing, riding motorcycles, and mixing music. With a background in home remodeling, sales, and customer service, he brings a well-rounded skill set to ensure your service experience is smooth and hassle-free.
Project Coordinator
Morgan is originally from Brooklyn, Michigan, and recently relocated to Wetmore. With a strong drive for learning and hard work, Morgan has built a foundation for success. Holding degrees in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, and Accounting, she recently transitioned from the food manufacturing industry to pursue a new opportunity as part of the Phil & Lee’s Homes Team. Morgan enjoys sewing and embroidery outside work, blending creativity with attention to detail. An unexpected fact about her—she is a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo.
Virtual Assistant
Angelica is a virtual assistant at Phil and Lee’s Homes, supporting the accounting side of the business. She’s tech-savvy and passionate about exploring new technologies and gadgets, believing that technology should simplify life rather than complicate it. Angelica also has a Persian cat named Lucky, who keeps her company. Outside of work, she values quality time with family and friends, and enjoys outdoor activities, adventures, and traveling, always seeking new experiences in nature and in life.
