CEO
As the namesake of the original owner of Phil and Lee’s Homes, Phil prides himself in carrying on the family tradition of excellent sales and personalized customer service. He started his career with Phil & Lee’s at the ripe age of five. From his early days as the unofficial “litter patrol” to his current role as sales person, Phil has worked in every aspect of the home building process. He uses his experience and attention to detail to find and design the perfect home to fit every customer’s need.
A lover of all things the Upper Peninsula has to offer, Phil and his wife, Sara, enjoy spending time serving their community and experiencing the splendors of nature and the beauty of the Great Lakes. Phil also enjoys spending time with his two grown children, teenage niece, and adorable grandchildren.
CFO
Trish recently joined Phil & Lee’s as our Chief Financial Officer. She comes to us with 14 years of construction finance experience. Trish and her husband Rob live in Gladstone with their two kids Rhett & Vera, and their “fur” child Fred, our office French Bulldog. Trish enjoys all things outdoors, four wheeling, boating, playing softball, traveling, cooking and going with family to their lake cabin.
Sales Manager
As a fourth-generation family member of the Phil & Lee’s team, Philip is the go to person for our manufactured homes. Philip puts the customer first, makes sure to listen and help each customer build the home of their dreams. He and his wife, Bree, and their two children are lifelong residents of the Escanaba area. As a family, they love the four seasons we experience in the Upper Peninsula and especially enjoy golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Home Consultant
Carrie brings nearly two decades of sales experience and a strong enthusiasm for home style and design. Carrie and her husband Andy, like to golf, road trip around the Upper Peninsula & Northeast Wisconsin, attend heavy metal concerts, and relax at home with their guinea pigs, Scotty and Taco.
Home Consultant
Ellie is the newest addition to the Phil & Lee’s Sales team. As a recent college graduate, she brings an enthusiasm and perspective that is refreshing. As a lifelong resident of the Upper Peninsula, she especially enjoys the change of the seasons and fall colors. Her passion to succeed inspires her to do her very best at whatever she is doing. In her spare time, Ellie likes to visit her family in the Marquette area, spend time with friends, listen to music, play softball and see musicals (her fave is The Phantom of the Opera!).
Home Consultant
Our newest Home Consultant is Robb Devine. Growing up, Robb was raised by a single mother who was continuously working a couple of jobs so he could have a great education and exceed in school activities. His Mom showed him the importance of bringing a plan to the table and how to achieve his goals.
Robb has had the pleasure of being in the manufactured / modular home industry for over 30 years. He started with Steenberg Homes in Wisconsin Dells, WI in 1990 and is excited to be joining Phil & Lee’s Homes! Selling is his passion and placing families in their “little slice of heaven” is the cherry on top.
Robb’s personal philosophy has always been to treat the customer like a family and conduct oneself as a true professional in and away from work. He understands that he owes allegiance to his customers and treats them with respect.
Robb was born and raised in Wisconsin, he is proud to call himself a die-hard-Cheesehead Packers fan! Along with his lovely wife, Kim, and their grown son Jake, they enjoy tailgating while preparing to watch the best football team ever with the best small-town atmosphere. They also enjoy hanging out with their family and friends and traveling to warmer climates any chance they can get. Robb has been married to Kim for 29 years!

Operations Manager
Susan is an experienced operations, sales and marketing professional. She is our quotation queen and provides all kinds of home quotes to new homebuyers. Susan also supports our marketing efforts. She has been back in the “Yoop” for a couple of years now and is loving being back home. She enjoys spending time with her animal loving daughter and taking walks down by the bay.
Construction Manager
The newest addition to our construction team, Jeff, comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the industrial industry with a focus on safety and has a background in construction.
Jeff and his wife, Joyce, live in Escanaba Township and have two adult children and one grandson (and some grandpups, too!)
In his free time Jeff enjoys hunting, camping, riding his Harley with Joyce, and spending time with family and friends.
Jeff is a State Certified Fire Fighter and is currently a member of Escanaba Township Fire Department.
He also has certifications in both Michigan and Wisconsin for Manufactured Home Installation.
Project Coordinator
Jenny is our superhero. She is the go-to person for all things project oriented and a key point of contact for our homeowners and contractors.
Jenny and her husband Brian live in Escanaba with their three children. She is the Co-founder and President of the U.P. Foster Closet of Delta County. In her downtime, Jenny enjoys volunteering, reading, traveling, kayaking, painting and working in her many flower gardens.
Customer Care Specialist
Nikki is our customer care specialist extraordinaire! She is a scheduling maven, the one who can get all the parts and the go-to girl for all things customer care related here at Phil & Lee’s. Nikki, her husband John and their two sons live in Gladstone. As a family, they enjoy fishing the Great Lakes and playing with their dog Ellie. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys kayaking and nature walks.
Greeters Extraordinaire
Our official greeters and happiest of all at Phil & Lee’s are Tillie & Fred. From their excited hello to every customer & visitor, to their cuddles and love for our team, Tillie & Fred bring joy (and a little chaos) to the office. When they are not “at work”, they love to run in their yards and play with their families.
